- Coach must be over 18 at the commencement of the training program.
- Coach will be mentored by professional coaches and learn the Revolution Way.
- Coach will have the opportunity for paid coaching work on completion.
Mentoring:
- Coach will be supported by a mentorship team consisting of the club’s professional coaching staff. Sessions will be with different coaches and with different age groups/levels.
- Mentoring will include coaching methods, content selection, game day coaching, assessment of player performance, assisting and lead coaching, evaluating own performances.
Compensation:
- RPSC covers the cost of a passed certification.
- Qualified Coach will be considered for future paid coaching work.
Other:
- RPSC is a non-profit organization. The coach may be able to receive community service hour credits from school for participating in the program.
- Future Coach will complete the state’s requirements for background check, online concussion course and SafeSport training.
