Weather-Related Schedule Update and Cancellation Policy

Location: Grimes Park | 501 E. Wintergreen | DeSoto, TX 75115

Camp Description:
Our 3-hour camp is designed to provide players with a platform to demonstrate their skills in a competitive and supportive environment. The camp will be led by the experienced staff of Revolution Premier SC & Americas FC, who will conduct dynamic training sessions and oversee scrimmages. Throughout the camp, 16 college coaches from various institutions will be present to evaluate players, offering a prime opportunity for participants to catch the eyes of scouts and recruiters.

What to Expect:

High-Quality Training: Engage in advanced drills and exercises designed to showcase your technical and tactical abilities.
Game Situations: Participate in scrimmages to showcase your skills in real-game scenarios.
Direct Evaluation: Get evaluated by college coaches from multiple programs, increasing your chances of being noticed and recruited.
Professional(Verbal)Feedback: Receive constructive feedback to help you understand your strengths and areas for improvement.

Things You Need:
Player will need to bring soccer ball, cleats, shin-guards, and water. Gatorade Jug will be provided at the field.

Potential Schedule Change:
We have moved the Camp to Friday June 14, 2024 from 6:30pm-9:30pm. We understand the importance of this opportunity and are committed to providing a safe and productive environment for all participants.

Cancellation:
In the unfortunate event that we must cancel the camp due to weather conditions, we will be implementing the following reimbursement policy:

Refund Amount:
We will reimburse $60 of the $80 registration fee to all participants.

Retained Amount: A non-refundable portion of $20 will be retained to cover expenses already incurred for college coaches accommodation, and other preparations for the camp. Keep in mind the weather is out of our control.

We understand that cancellations can be disappointing, and we appreciate your understanding and support. Our goal is to ensure a fair process while managing the costs associated with organizing the event.
